Recognising the growing demand for social value measurement and reporting, Beringea first invested £3 million into the business on behalf of the ProVen VCTs in 2020. As the company continued to scale, the ProVen VCTs participated in a further £8.5 million Series B funding round in 2023, led by Mercia’s Northern VCTs.

The investment is helping Social Value Portal expand into new sectors and markets, enabling more organisations to measure and improve the positive impact they generate.
